Mr. Poetry 7 performing at LMNT Poetry: Iration and Vibration

At every LMNT Poetry event, there are voices that linger—voices that don’t just speak but shift the atmosphere. Mr. Poetry 7 is one of those voices. Known for his steady presence and natural confidence, he has performed on the LMNT Poetry stage numerous times. But on a recent night, something felt different.

It wasn’t just a performance—it was a mission.

Back in March at LMNT Poetry: Iration and Vibration, Mr. Poetry 7 brought a powerful energy to the room. His words struck with weight, his voice carried conviction, and the vibration was undeniable. That night confirmed something we already knew: he wasn’t just sharing poetry—he was walking in purpose. That’s why we’re proud to feature him in the next installment of The Spotlight Verse by Artist Take.

"It's easy to quit but hard to stay in the fight..."

In his untitled piece, Mr. Poetry 7 takes the audience on a journey through spiritual growth, inner transformation, and divine discipline. He speaks from the voice of a man who’s wrestled with retaliation but has learned to rise above it.

"The old me would love to fight, but the new me is so invested in what I'm called to do, I let my angels handle you."

These aren’t just clever lines—they're a declaration. A statement of maturity. A reflection of a man who's left behind the need for vengeance and stepped fully into purpose-driven peace. He paints a vivid contrast between light and darkness, not just as external forces, but as internal battles.

He speaks to the struggle of being overlooked, of sewing seeds in barren ground—yet he doesn't quit. Instead, he stays rooted. He doesn't need flashy robes or royal garments to prove he's a king. His identity is set.

Private Prayer, Public Power

What makes Mr. Poetry 7’s performance so impactful isn’t just the performance itself—it’s the depth behind the delivery. He reveals a quiet truth that many overlook: the power of moving in silence.

"I learned to pray in private so He can display in public. Why do you think all these demons address me in public? Because in private they can't speak with me."

This line silenced the room. It reminded us that true power isn’t always loud. It’s not performative. It’s earned in the unseen spaces—in prayer, obedience, and discipline. Mr. Poetry 7's words challenge, uplift, and awaken. He embodies the type of artist we aim to celebrate in The Spotlight Verse—an artist with something to say, and the integrity to back it up.

Keep your eyes and ears open—because when Mr. Poetry 7 steps to the mic, he doesn’t just perform.

He shifts the room.
